I will be in San Diego from Thursday thru Sunday, 7/24-7/27. A few of my friends will be promoting their new movies ("Repo! The Genetic Rock Opera," "Hills Run Red," and "Dog Heaven") at Comic Con, so I plan on attending their panels, as well as the party for Repo, which is being thrown by Paris Hilton - one of the actors from the musical. Say what you will about Paris; I think it's pretty cool of her to bankroll the party for the movie.

On the left is a photo of me on the set in Burbank. The movie is called "Dog Heaven," and it's a horror/comedy film about man that accidentally winds up in dog heaven instead of human heaven. There were 16 dogs and 800 tennis balls, amongst a variety of props. As you can see from the picture, I was carrying a 2-way radio. I stopped by the set to say hello and grab a bite to eat from the catering platters, and ended up getting put to work making sure that everyone stayed quiet on set while they were filming. I got to say those things we all joke about: "Quiet on set!" and "Cut!" lol. |

I am back home in Los Angeles! Yesterday was the big barbecue at the stable... Horses, hay, beer, and Garth Brooks - talk about a departure from my everyday Hollywood experience! Happy Fourth of July! For those of you from the rest of the world, today is the day Americans celebrate their independence from England by blowing things up - classy, eh? People also like to dress in patriotic colors and run around waving tiny flags and grilling animals. Being a bit of a carnivore, it's a great day for me - I love barbecues. Today, I am going to two barbecues - both at horror movie directors' houses... one who drected Autopsy, which was recently filmed at an actual mental hospital in New Orleans, and the other one directed Repo and Saw II-IV. Now I just need to visit the guy who directed Saw V, and I'll have covered the entire franchise this week - but not likely, since I've never met him. The downside to hanging out with these folks is knowing that my Clips4Sale movies don't really compare in terms of, well, everything, but I can at least say that all the action is real... hahaha.
Ironically, before going out to celebrate independence from England, I have to do some work for a magazine based in - yes, England. Fun stuff, though - I am assembling galleries from event photography I did at the Fetish Factory Anniversary Weekend.

Dungeon Revamping! So... after looking around the dungeon, a thought occurred to me: What on earth are two dommes supposed to do with THREE gynecological tables? The most obvious answer, of course, is: lots of examinations, probes, and experiments. Another answer is: build a room specifically for medical fantasies, no? Goddess Sativa and I have far too much equipment for our current dungeon rooms - if you could only see the stuff I have set aside in a storage area, like a leather body bag(?!) After some soul-searching, we decided that, as much as we love our current set-up, some expansion is in order. We have a couple of rooms in the dungeon that have thus far not been put to good use, so we've decided it's time to furnish them - and - *shock* - put them to use! We are still going to be in the same location, but we're adding a medical room and a boudoir. I am still kicking around the idea of a sissy room - hot pink with dark pink trim, but... first things first! Sativa has torn out the suspension in her room and replaced it with an all-new, custom suspension unit made of solid steel by Dowtown Willy. She has also replaced her bondage table with a brand spankin' new double-decker bondage table - also steel - complete with metal tie-down points, padding, and a bottom bunk with a cage to store spare slaves. I have been focusing on the more mundane points of refinement, such as replacing light fixtures, changing switches to dimmers for a more controlled environment, revitalizing the bathroom and the entryway, etc. I have set up the foyer with a cabinet full of snacks and a fridge full of drinks for our guests. I am also putting in shelves and cabinets to make room for our new, well, rooms! When I went to Florida, more than one person pointed out that we travel with more toys than most dominas own. That's when it hit me - no matter how attached we are to our rooms, we simply need more space - so I decided to start creating themed rooms.
We are doing the dungeon revamping in stages, so we will still be taking appointments for sessions and will not be closing the doors to the dungeon, except for rentals. I am already a "regular" at Home Depot, which is a bittersweet feeling! I've been crashing at the dungeon quite a bit lately, which has become almost a requirement considering the 14-18 hour days I've been putting in. Thank god (and r) for my day at the spa last week! That also means I am able to take a lot more last-minute appointments... so, feel free to ask!

Today, I took a break for a few hours and headed over to Burbank to check out the set of Dog Heaven, a short comedy/horror film about a man who accidentally kills a dog, then gets killed himself and winds up going to Dog Heaven instead of human heaven. The movie is directed by James Wan, the same guy who wrote and directed the original Saw, a movie that went on to become one of the most successful horror movie franchises of this decade. Critics denounced it as "torture porn." Hey, what's wrong with that? This film will be decidedly more lighthearted - 16 dogs and 800 tennis balls! Taking the day off... well, the afternoon anyway. I've got a pampering appointment today at 12:00pm at rA Organic Spa in Burbank. I was digging through an old hard drive, and I found some old pictures from a few London trips ago... I think this is from October of 2006, but I can't be sure. I tossed on a latex bikini and headed for the the beach in a convertible... SoFlo in style! Actually, I looked like a tourist when it started raining and I smiled and kept the top down because I simply didn't mind - it's so warm, the rain is refreshing. Check out the tropical plants in the background... they make my tropical garden look pathetic. I get so envious when I come here; they grow so much bigger, so much faster. But then again, it helps to be in a tropical climate if you want to grow tropicals, eh?

Today is my last day in Florida... I go back to Los Angeles tomorrow. So sad... my trip just feels much too short. My friend went skydiving today and told me about it afterward... acted surprised I was pissed he didn't invite me. Grr! You knew I wanted to go, didn't you? He promised to take me soon in Los Angeles, but it's just not the same.

He's considered a "professional rider," has taken all sorts of classes and whatnot. They don't have a helmet law in Florida, so when he asked if I wanted one, I said "fuck that... I wanna feel the wind in my hair!" It was wonderful... no wind chill problems here in the sunshine state. We got up to about 115mph before the air started stinging my skin, and I was glad when we dropped down to about 95. Tony took me for a tour of the gay section so I could get my quota. Fort Lauderdale makes San Francisco look closeted! We stopped by Leather Works, where I got a cute leather hat and some police batons. Popped into Ramrod, a gay leather bar, then headed for the ocean. We ran into some of his friends with their bikes down at the beach. I asked who owned the cheap ass Ducati (lol, j/k). Stopped for some Mexican food (they have Mexican food in Florida?), then headed back. Had a great time at the party last night... but I guess that goes without saying... I LOVE Fetish Factory! I have a lot of friends down here; it was great seeing them all in one place. Thanks, Glenn and Donna... nothing like good 'ole southern hospitality.
I rented a convertible, so now I can be like Vanilla Ice and drive down to A1A - Beachfront Avenue - "with my ragtop down so my hair can blow" - haha. The weather here in Florida is amazing... warm, with just the right amount of moisture in the air.
I have had a number of calls from folks who are skeptical about the atmosphere of a hotel room being conducive to sessions. A couple of years ago, I would have agreed. But I have done enough sessions in hotels that I've got it down... I bring candles, incense, special light bulbs, decor, and more equipment than you could shake a stick at. I pay extra for excess baggage, and I've been told that I bring more equipment with me than most mistresses own. I have the obligatory basics, like cuffs, nipple clamps, whips, paddles, etc. But I also have "necessities" like electrical toys, sounds, needles, enema nozzles, canes, a chastity device, etc. I mean, you know... the things one needs ;) I have a closet filled with latex, leather, and lingerie. I heart SOBE! South Beach, that is! I finally made it to Fort Lauderdale, after a long and drawn out fiasco at Chicago O'Hare (note to self: direct flights). Screw the MI5... I'm getting my M1! Endorsement, that is... typically referred to as a "motorcycle license." Apparently, I helped make history today... according to my instructors, I was only 1 of 11 people ever to complete their field practice and evaluation all in one day. Typically, this is done over two days, sometimes weeks apart. This being Gay Pride weekend in Los Angeles, the AIDS riders used the lot reserved for our school yesterday and so our instructors convinced the CHP to allow them to test a single-day format for the riding portion of the course. It was 10 hours or so altogether, but I think it worked out well since the skills tended to build on each other. Sure, it would have been helpful to practice in-between, but for those of us without a motorcylce to practice on, I think the crunch worked in our favor.

I have a super cute scooter waiting at the dealership for pickup on Tuesday... so exciting! Although I will soon have my motorcycle license burning a hole in my pocket, I'm going to stick to a scooter for a bit, and build up big-city driving experience. Besides, the scooter is just damn cute and sassy! I want to paint it hot pink with black stars!
I would, however, like to get some more practice in on a motorcycle. Anyone have an extra motorcycle that wouldn't mind taking me out for a couple of hours on a bike? Let me know!

Saw the new Indiana Jones film at the Arclight in Hollywood last night. I liked it much better than I had expected. Not exactly something I'd want to see win an Oscar, but it was fun. There were so many pervy elements I don't know where to begin... and I sure don't know where to end! I have a feeling I know what my Halloween costume will be this year. The main villain, Irina, is one of the sexiest villains ever... and believe me, villains sure have a way of being sexy! From the commie overalls to the field boots to the leather gloves, she is one dangerous girl. And, she excels in swordfighting, hand-to-hand combat, and mind control! Poor Indiana Jones is subject to multiple imprisonments and interrogations in her hands... or should I say "lucky boy"...??!! |

Corporal crisis! I have been doing some fairly heavy caning scenes, and I have broken nearly all of my favorite canes over the rears of various slaves. I still have plenty, but I am sad to know that my favorites have wound up in some undisclosed trash heap. Time to get some new ones! I'd like some traditional English school canes, as well as some simple straight rattan ones from my favorite U.S. canemaker, Whypdancer. So... anyone who brings me a nice cane (and perhaps a nice bum to break it in) will get a session with me for a reduced tribute. I prefer ones that have a diameter around 5/16" and are fairly flexible. Don't throw the masochists out with the canes, eh? Just remember, kids: "It's all fun and games until someone breaks their canes!" Unless, that is, breaking them means you get to shop for new ones...

I will be in Florida again June 12th-16th! I will attend the Alter Ego / Fetish Factory party on Saturday, June 14th. Although I was incredibly busy while in Florida, I did not get nearly as much accomplished as I would have liked to. I really wanted to go diving (scuba and sky!), take a trip to the beach, and perhaps do a photo/video shoot. Unfortunately, with all of the parties, modeling, photography, and sessions I did, there simply weren't enough hours in a day. I apologize if you had tried to book a session during this time and I either didn't have time or wasn't able to get back to you. So... I'm going back in less than two weeks!

I am officially back in Los Angeles, and recovered from the weekend... yes, it's Thursday. I had so much fun in Florida, I am seriously tempted to go back in a couple of weeks. The weather, the people... just amazing! And the Fetish Factory is a fantastic store... I really wish I had more time to shop while I was there... they have a fantastic selection, reasonable prices, and very attractive, um... helpful sales staff ;)

Went for a ride with a friend today, and borrowed a cute paint named "Tonto." He's a lot of fun - feisty, fast, energetic, and very responsive. He can go from a standstill to a dustcloud around a group of barrels in seconds. I borrowed him today because last night I took my horse up to Mt. Hollywood and didn't get back to the stable until nearly five o'clock in the morning. So I gave him the day off. I am quite fond of my horse, but this one is a serious rival for my attentions. Shhh! Don't tell! I have been traveling too much to spend as much quality time with my horse as I would like, so I have to admit I felt a tinge of guilt when I hopped on the back of another horse. I made sure to give my horse some TLC afterward, before heading back to the dungeon for a session. (Thanks, D - I had fun!) So I suppose Los Angeles has its merits, after all... where else could you torture someone, ride a horse, and stroll down the walk of fame all in one day? Tomorrow is my last day in L.A. for a week; Wednesday, I am off to Floriday for the Fetish Factory Anniversary Party - I can't wait! |

I am back in London, relaxing a bit... so sad to leave... I wish Los Angeles were my favorite city, or even just my second or third favorite city. My home will always be in Santa Barbara, though I feel very at home in London from the moment I step off the plane. I also absolutely adore San Francisco, South Florida, and, well... just about any place so lucky as to be touched by the Caribbean Sea.
Berlin is a beautiful city, bursting with art and life. The food is delicious, things stay open quite late, and many, many people dress up at the pervy parties. I have to admit, though, I had a hard time fitting in as the culture was quite different than what I am used to, and not one I was willing to readily embrace. The two most common things I heard were "You must..." and "Not my problem" - not things a princess from California wants to hear!
As my friend from London, Boris, put it: "They ought to put the fascism back into fashion and leave the rest behind!" So true... I love those Sam Brown belts - yummy!

To the left is a picture of me from Fetish Guerilla's Revolution party. As you can see from the beaming smile, I had a good time. It was fun walking around a party with big posters of myself on the walls! As a mistress, one has to constantly keep one's ego in check, lest one act like a jerk and make an ass of one's self! This is something that I find is very common with new mistresses, and it irks me a bit because I often get lumped in with their bad behavior - they confuse being dominant with being an asshole. As for myself, I generally try to avoid this... (I let it slide a bit in Berlin!) If you don't recognize the dress I am wearing, that is because it was brought from France by an up-and-coming designer, Josselin, of the latex clothing company, Hedony Design.

That picture was taken after the fashion show at the first night of the Torture Garden Birthday weekend in London. Sadly, I had already removed my outfit, so the dress is not from the designer I modeled for, Miss VonLivid from House of Bias. It's actually a little thing I picked up at a shop in Los Angeles. Alles Gute zum Geburtstag nach Israel! Today, Israel celebrates its 60th birthday.
Today, I am very proud to say that, amongst other things, I am a woman of German descent.
I am staying in a hotel on a street called Rosenstraße. It is the site of the historical war protests of 1943. There were several interesting things about this protest. First, it was one of the few times that a group of people living within the boundaries of the Third Reich had the chutzpah to stand up and speak their minds in spite of risking their own imprisonment, beatings, or extermination. It was also a peaceful protestdespite the fact that the protesters stood in open dissent against the SS. It was unique in that not only were they successful in preventing the transfer of around 1,700 Jews to the camps, but they also secured the safe return of 25 prisoners already sent to Auschwitz. The protesters were able to successfully sway one of the most notoriously oppressive governments in modern history! It leaves one to wonder how much more could have been done had people not been so willing to do what was "safe."
Did I mention that the protesters were women? These were women that were married to Jewish men but most were not Jewish themselves. Their husbands were rounded up for transport to the camps, the likely destination being gas chambers - slave labor camps if they were particularly lucky.
There is a park outside commemorating them. They were truly dominant - they weren't afraid to stand up and demand what they wanted - the safe return of their men. Why should they stand aside as their husbands were turned to ashes that fell from the sky like snow?
The protest is sometimes known as the Frauen Protest (Women's Protest). Let it not be forgotten that while the rest of Europe turned a blind eye to genocide, shrugged, and said, "What can I do?" - these women came up with an idea: "Let's just demand what we want!"
So, on Rosenstrasse in 1943, they said to the Third Reich: "Give us our men back!"
There is a sculpture in the park across the street from my hotel; the inscription reads:
The strength of civil disobedience,
The vigor of love
Overcomes the violence of dictatorship;
Give us our men back;
Women were standing here,
Defeating death;
Jewish men were free.
So, boys, in case you didn't get the underlying message: Don't FUCK with a German woman!

Die deutsche maschine ist liebt! Greetings from Berlin! The weather is amazing - I hope it stays throughout the weekend. This town is so beautiful, it's a bit of a shame that I will be so busy with my pervy excusions that I won't have much time to sightsee. It's actually 6am here on Friday and I haven't gone to bed because I am still on California time... I just ate dinner; it's a bit disturbing that the sky is no longer pink from the sunrise but a vibrant blue. Gonna have to pull those curtains tight... I don't mind being topsy-turvy with the time, as I will be "working" graveyard shifts this weekend - all the parties go till the wee hours of the morning.

Off to Berlin! Tonight is my last night in London, in the morning, I get to go to Heathrow for the fifth time in the last three weeks... gah! I don't mind so much, as I will be off for adventures near Checkpoint Charlie and the outdoor interrogation museum. There will be a convention - a pervy convention/expo, and parties this weekend. Photoshoots and fashion shows, not much different from this week in London... Will be modeling for Bondinage and Libidex on Saturday night. I have the evening off Friday, though I am on the flyer for the party at the Kit Kat Club.

Greetings from London! I am entering the final stretch in the Torture Garden Birthday Weekend, three days of pervy madness held over a bank holiday weekend. I modeled for House of Bias for the Friday night party, then took some "time off" to hang out with friends and dance at the Saturday night event, held at the famous SeOne club near London Bridge. One of the interesting things about the Friday night party is that it was held at TG's usual spot, Mass, which is actually a really cool church called St. Matthew's, in Brixton. It's so nice to be back on the trails with my horse! I love London, but Los Angeles does have it's advantages... not the least of which is that some of my favorite slaves live here, as well as my favorite four-legged, 1,200 pound off-road vehicle. I have driven a Porsche, a Mercedes SL, a Corvette, a Viper, and a Ferrari... but none compare to my sporty racing machine... can your ride do this??? And does it get excited by the prospect of running straight up a steep hill?

Here's a picture from Amsterdam, when I visited my friend's garden. She works for a non-profit cannabis awareness center. It's a sort of educational center that is also a mini botanical gardens. They maintain the only legal public cannabis garden in Amsterdam. Apparently, some coffeeshops have plants in the windows, but it's no longer legal. So what did I do? I slid into my latex and ran barefoot through the garden! When in Amsterdam... right? Frequently besieged with sinus problems, I was actually far more interested in the cans of oxygen with menthol additives - when you have trouble breathing for ages, it feels amazing to have your sinuses opened and breathe concentrated oxygen!
